Shipping Policy

FREE shipping for U.S.A. orders only. For destinations outside of the U.S.A., please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering.

Shirodhara Warranty

No returns, sorry. We offer a one year warranty on the pump if it breaks, but not if it melts! We offer a one year warranty with the burner as well. Please save ALL packaging, because if either one breaks, you will need to send it back to us so we can ship them to the manufacturer for a credit.

All of the copper equipment also has a one year warranty, and the stand has lifetime repairs for a small fee after the year is up. Again, this is on faulty equipment (say a handle breaks off of the pitcher or something happens with the valve on the pot). There is no warranty if you drop it and it cracks or gets dented.

The pot, pitcher, pump and burner all will be replaced if they arrive dented (the copper pieces) or become faulty within that years time. No refunds will be given.

You may need a voltage converter in order for both the pump and the electric burner to work in their outlets since the electrical apparatus is different in the States.

Customs fees, tariffs, taxes and duties that may be placed on the package when it arrives to your country will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping quote from us.

Steam Tent Warranty

One year guarantee. After one year, we will do repairs if needed for a small fee if you pay shipping costs. Our canopies are made to last a lifetime. Customer agrees to pay return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Tuition Refunds

If you are unable to attend a workshop, a credit voucher will be awarded to you that can be used for up to two (2) years. There will be a $25.00 processing fee for each cancellation. Please note that all money received for deposits and tuition is non-refundable, unless the instructor cancels. In cases of inclement weather, the class will be rescheduled.

Privacy Policy: What information do we collect?

We will ask for your name, e-mail address, billing and shipping addresses, and telephone number. We will also ask for your credit card information, which is only stored while you are placing your order for your protection. Our orders are processed by Stripe and we never have access to your credit card information after a sale.

How do we use personal information?

The information you provide to purchase merchandise from us is used to fulfill your order. In addition, you may choose to (opt-in) receive an e-mail newsletter with special promotions, new arrivals or new features of the site. You can remove yourself from our newsletter list by contacting us at any time..

Do we share personal information?

We do not sell or rent any personal information to others. We may, however, disclose personal information if we believe we are required to do so by law or have a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our school, its users and the public.

How do we keep your information secure?

The personal information that you provide, including your credit card information, is maintained on secure servers and protected by industry-standard Secure Socket Layer encryption. When entering personal information, look for an icon at the bottom of your browser window that indicates you are on a secure page. We use Stripe to process all our secure orders. 

Changes to this Policy

Please note that it is possible that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page so that you can easily find the information we collect and how we safeguard it. You should be able to readily notice any changes by the date stamp at the bottom of this page.
